Rescued barking deer handed over to forest dept

ITANAGAR, 21 Dec: A 12 months outdated male barking deer was handed over to the forest division by Sanjay Libasow, former BJP mandal president of Bhalukpong, on Monday.

Libasow had rescued the deer from Ramda village in West Kameng district when it was a few month outdated, and raised it at his house.

The deer was handed over to Pakke Tiger Reserve Vary Officer Kime Rambia.

“Because the deer appears to be like wholesome and match, will probably be launched in Pakke after some acclimatization,” he mentioned.

Pakke DFO Talyang Pali recommended Libasow for being compassionate in direction of wildlife.
